The end of the year is quickly approaching and we have been spending some time reflecting on all the incredible ways God has worked through our ministry.
Your prayers, generosity, and support have made it possible for us to share the Inspire Way of Life with church leaders, laity, and college students both locally and around the United States. Because of you, we have been able to share with even more people how they can deepen their walk with the Lord and live missionally in the world around them.
This summer we spent a weekend with a church in Irving, TX. We met with their church elders before worship where Brian had been invited to preach. We were blessed to spend time visiting with the church members over their weekly church family potluck lunch, and then had the opportunity to meet with a group of small group leaders that evening during what we call a Taste and See showing what we do during House Fellowships. It was a busy weekend, but such a blessing.
This week we received this message from the pastor:
“Hey Brian—I’ve thought about reaching out to you for a while now. The new approach to small groups brought new life to us and has been bearing fruit among us. So thankful for your and Misty’s investment here. We have 1-2 bands meeting and are planning to begin more after the first of the year.”
We are excited about the possibilities for extended ministry in the coming year. As the Scholar in Residence in our local church, Brian is seeing some renewed excitement and interest in bands and house fellowships here, as well as making new contacts in other areas of the United States.

Other Ways to Join Us
Join us in prayer for our ministry and sharing opportunities. At this time, we especially ask for prayer for Brian and the team traveling to Benin, Africa from January 2-14. The team will be conducting ministry training to 150 laity and pastors during their stay. Brian will specifically be teaching on the Inspire Way of Life and Inspire bands.
Online Inspire training is available for those interested in learning more about bands or house fellowships. Individuals can sign up for classes on the Inspire website or we can work with you on setting up specific sessions for your group.
