Welcome to our page! We are the Lewis family, and we have five kids and two lively dogs. Our family is deeply passionate about sharing the love of Jesus in every aspect of our lives.

Meet Bill: Bill is currently pursuing his master's degree at seminary while transitioning from his role as the founder and director of an international non-profit organization. For the past 20 + years, Bill has dedicated himself to helping children with severe heart disease receive life-saving surgeries. As he steps down from this role, he and his family are preparing for a new chapter in Panama, following God's call to serve.

Meet Jenna: Jenna brings a wealth of experience as a special education teacher and a kids' director at a local church. Her heart for helping children and families shines through in everything she does. In Panama, Jenna's focus will be on supporting families and ensuring that children have the opportunity to grow up in safe, loving environments.
 

Our Mission in Panama: In Panama, we are driven by a heart for families. We believe that God designed us to thrive within family units, and our mission is to help keep families together whenever possible. Did you know that 80% of orphans around the world have at least one living parent? Many children end up in orphanages because their parents have placed them there for reasons such as accessing education, medical care, or escaping poverty. Our goal is to provide support that keeps families united, whether that means facilitating medical care, alleviating poverty, or offering other forms of assistance.

Once we are on the ground in Panama, which is planned for the spring of 2025, we will be immersing ourselves in the language, culture, and community. We are excited to build relationships with local communities and orphanages,  seeking the best ways to offer hope and share the love of Jesus.
