Jon & Janel Stumpp

  Hello there, we are Jon and Janel Stumpp. We’re honored to have you viewing our profile, and reading a bit more about our mission. We have been married for six years, and have two beautiful children: Gilbert (5) and Etta (2). Jon provides for our family as a master electrician and a small business owner, while I (Janel) raise our children. We have attended our church, Redeemer Bible Church, for the last seven years, and about two years ago asked to be more involved with our local expression’s work in nearby missions. The Lord had other plans for us apparently, because He spoke through our pastor in asking us to begin praying over supporting our missionary team stationed within Münster, Germany. Being 7 months pregnant with our daughter, and chasing our almost 3-year-old son, I figured we were in no shape to be thinking about international mission work. While we assured our pastor we’d pray about it, we had zero intention of leaving the state of Indiana, let alone the country. Again, the Lord had other plans for us…we are now preparing to relocate our family to Germany in order to spur on our fellow brother and sister missionaries, share the gospel with our new neighbors, and take the light of Jesus into Münster. The Lord is so faithful.
