Thank you for choosing to partner with us in the mission of Jesus. The Apostle Paul wrote, “Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that increases to your credit” (Phil. 4:17). Your generosity will serve to advance Christ’s Kingdom and the Father will credit that fruit to you! Amen! As good stewards of your kind support we are dedicated to honoring Christ in all of our endeavors. We invite you to regularly visit our website, TracyandDebra.com, to stay informed on how God is using your investment to advance the Great Commission. Through speaking, writing, mentoring, and strategic collaboration our desire is to multiply disciples, strengthen leaders, and champion the spiritual vitality and visible unity of Christ’s people.
Tracy Weaver was born and raised in Fullerton, California. He graduated from Biola University in 1979 and then earned his Masters of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, graduating in 1984. Tracy is ordained with the Evangelical Free Church of America and has over forty years of pastoral ministry experience. He has served churches in California, Texas and Minnesota, and he has ministered internationally in Moldavia, Romania, Australia, Haiti, Mexico, India and Turkey. Tracy’s passionate desire is to declare God’s truth, unite God’s leaders, and mobilize God’s Church to transform cities. Tracy’s heart belongs to his wife Debra. Debra received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a minor in Bible from Biola University in 1979. Debra is a gifted minister to women young and old. For thirteen years (2001-2014) Debra served as the Corporate Chaplain of three strategic companies in Alexandria, MN caring for the spiritual needs of the employees. She continues to serve as a workplace chaplain with Marketplace Ministries in Southern California. Debra’s love for Jesus, her compassion for others and her beautiful gift of evangelism make her a remarkable ministry tool in God’s hands regardless of the cultural setting. Tracy and Debra have four adult children: Justin and his wife Kim (Elias), Rachel and her husband Brant (Zoe, Allie and Chara), Sarah and her husband Evan (Maverick, Brecken and Rivka), and Jordan and his wife Joyce (Johnny). Each of the Weaver clan have embraced Jesus as their Savior and are walking with Him in their particular life setting. As Tracy says, “My family are my favorite people on the planet.”
Our Mission
As ambassadors of Christ, we exist to impact lives for eternity by communicating and modeling His grace and truth, for His glory. Our desire is to unleash the impact of the Church by helping leaders, churches, and communities freshly engage God’s word, be strengthened by the Holy Spirit, and thrive in relationship with Jesus.
We help people thrive in their relationship with Jesus. Many believers feel discouraged in their walk with Christ and struggle with a sense of failure, shame and condemnation. Our goal is to inspire disciples, leaders, and churches toward a thriving relationship with Jesus and meaningfully connect them with their divine calling and purpose in His Kingdom movement.
Our Experience
We have been serving the Body of Christ in local church, global missions, and non-profit ministry leadership roles for over 40 years. As “veteran servants” in the Body of Christ, we sense God is guiding us to serve Him side by side in order to advance the gospel and strengthen the spiritual vitality and visible unity of His Church. We believe we are in the prime of our ministry service and have more to offer than ever before.
Our Focus
We believe we can make a strategic contribution in five core areas of Christian living. Each area lays a foundation and empowers the next. The five core areas are 1) Trinity Life – Understanding Our Triune God; 2) Gospel Life – Knowing God’s Message of Eternal Life; 3) Risen Life – Understanding How Christ’s Resurrection Empowers Our Spiritual Life; 4) Body Life – Celebrating The Body Of Christ In All Its Expressions; 5) Disciple Life – Multiplying Mature Disciples, Leaders, and Churches.
Our Tools
Like Aquila and Priscilla in the book of Acts (18:1-2), we believe God desires to use our blended giftings as a married ministry couple to help disciples, leaders, and the collective church of the city to thrive in their relationship with Jesus through speaking, writing, mentoring, podcasting, consulting, and collaborating.
We would be honored to collaborate with you. What might God want to accomplish through our ministry partnership … together?
