I am a missionary currently based in Yerevan, passionately engaged in teaching English to young adults and refugees. My journey began with a calling to ministry at the age of 16, evolving into a mission-focused commitment after being inspired by a missionary's impactful work at a leadership camp when I was 17.
Throughout my formative years, I served as a youth group leader and spent four years as an intern in my home church. The call to mission work led me to multiple trips along the Texas-Mexico border, building houses, organizing VBS programs, and contributing to humanitarian aid at a respite center.
The culmination of these experiences drove me to embark on an 11-month mission trip across nine countries. From working with children with special needs in Ukraine to aiding orphanages, evangelizing, teaching English, and supporting refugees, this journey deepened my commitment to making a difference.
In Armenia, I am actively involved in loading and unloading trucks with essential supplies such as beds, mattresses, hygiene products, pillows, and blankets for refugees. Teaching English to both young adults and refugees is a central aspect of my mission, aiming to empower individuals through education.
Collaborating with Campus Crusade, I strive to support their initiatives, offering assistance in various capacities.
Currently, I am initiating a fundraiser to provide critical resources such as heaters, warm clothing, blankets, pillows, and stoves for refugees in need.
With a commitment to stay in Armenia until March 2024, my goal is to maximize impact during this limited time, driven by a deep-seated passion for mission work and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
Help us reach our $5000 goal to provide crucial winter essentials and stoves for displaced communities from Artsakh. Your donation brings warmth, comfort, and sustainable livelihoods. We are buying pillows ($10), blankets ($30), heaters ($25), and stoves ($60). Pillows and blankets are for the mattresses and bed that have been donated. Heaters are to keep families warm as many houses don't have other means of warming them up. Stoves will help to provide a means of making both food and income for the households as some have lost jobs and/or their husbands in the war. Be a part of this compassionate initiative. Donate now, make a difference.
