My name is Ana Sousa. I am a spiritual director, coach, teacher, and writer, currently based in Lisbon, Portugal. I am beginning Sacred Friendship, a work of spiritual direction and coaching shaped by my own journey of faith, healing, and formation. I offer spiritual direction for people from all walks of life, with particular care for those who are neurodivergent, creating trauma-informed spaces of listening, accompaniment, and attentiveness to God’s presence.
